Cancelations & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email within 14 days of placing your order. In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us within 30 days from the date of the order was canceled.

- To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item via our return centre.

Exchanging Goods
- Unfortunately we are not able to offer an exchange service for your online purchases.
- International customers should send the products back to us, as explained in the returns policy above, and re-order your preferred item.
- Customers in Cyprus can exchange your purchase from any Skopy store, accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item to another preferred product of same value.
- If you do not wish to change your product with another one, we will give you a voucher with the corresponding amount or refund the amount paid in the same way you paid.
Withdrawals
- During your order procedure and prior to your payment through PAY PAL you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart.
- If you choose to pay though PayPal and wish to cancel your order once you reached the payment page you can press the "Cancel and return to Skopy website" button.
